Time for Caris to take a trip to Disney World or turn on ESPN. Average? Yea, right. Disney is an average company. What a joke of an analysis.

Find a better run company in the Entertainment/Media sector, then rate Disney "average."

The drop in share price could be some folks taking profits too. Don't give Caris too much credit without seeing the big picture.

I am, of course, long DIS.

Ford is down more than Disney today. Did Caris drop them to "average" too?

    Just wondering.

I bought Marvel coming out of bankruptcy at $5 a share. Many years later Disney bought them out, which made me mad because I loved Marvel (and still do). But Disney did the right thing and continues to do so (except for that whole Mars debacle, but personally I believe that was a marketing issue ... the movie itself wasn't bad at all). Marvel and Disney are powerhouses, and as long as they stick to proven formulae for success then I say damn the estimates! My Disney shares from the Marvel buyout have done great, even through the mess of the past few years ... why would they tank now when things are on an upswing? Doesn' make sense, and neither does the Caris report.

Agree with your last sentence. I'm considering an entry but dont see it dropping anytime soon. I may have to leg in soon.
