Google (GOOG) tries to stoke search ad spending among U.K. SMBs by launching a credit card meant specifically for buying AdWords ads. A U.S. launch is on the way, following a successful pilot program featuring 1,400 U.S. businesses. Google's move comes shortly after Amazon (AMZN), which has become a threat to Google's e-commerce ad dollars, launched a lending service for third-party sellers.
