One by One they are running for the doors. Another poor example of BBY ability to make decisions. Is this one of the Exec that received the Bonus back in June?

Yes it is, and he gets to keep the money.

I'm guessing that anyone else who leaves gets to keep the 'retention bonus' too.

I have visited the remodeled stores several times and am not totally impressed with the changes. I have many great ideas on how to utilize the existing employees achieve much improved results throug a series of interactions with the guests.

You can remodel stores and make them look different but if you don't change the methods of the employees you accomplish nothing except renewed expenses.
