JPMorgan (JPM) is ordered by a judge to pay about $18M to a trust after the bank got the trust into unsuitably tricky securities. In an unusual move, the court also orders JPMorgan to pay punitive damages - amount yet to be decided. "(The bank) has been guilty of reckless disregard for the rights of others," writes the judge.
