Iron Mountain (IRM) declares special dividend of $4.07/share or $700M in connection with the companys plan to convert into a REIT. For shareholders of record Oct 22. Payable Nov 21. Ex-div date Oct 18. Shareholders have the option to receive payment in the form of stock or cash, with total cash not exceeding more than $140M, or 20% of the total distribution. IRM expects to pay the balance of earnings and profit after its conversion to a REIT. (PR)
