    I thought there were 57 states? :-)

I guess Illinois is possible...moving companies might have had to hire
extra workers for all the families and businesses fleeing the state to get away from its taxes.

    David,

It's actually 58 states (or 60 not sure if he counted Hawaii and Alaska in his total below) according to our President:

"It is wonderful to be back in Oregon," Obama said. "Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go. Alaska and Hawaii, I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit, but my staff would not justify it."

If it Illinois add about 14,000 to the SA number...If it California then it is
    a big deal...

Yes, we know. The bad news is never a "big deal" with you. But you'll turn yourself into a pretzel trying to make "good news" the size of a gnat's behind sound like something earthshaking. Yes, got it.
