The National Transportation Safety Board yesterday blamed the management of General Dynamic's (GD) Gulfstream unit for the crash of its new G650 jet last year that killed four employees. The NTSB board accused execs of applying pressure to speed flight testing of the business jet so it would gain U.S. certification.
