Even with an ugly PC market, Microsoft (MSFT -0.3%) shares are poised to rally thanks to a huge enterprise refresh, suggests Morgan Stanley's Adam Holt. Holt expects Office 2013 sales to get a lift from upgrades for complementary products such as SharePoint and Lync, and notes the Server & Tools unit has averaged 16% Y/Y growth in the 4 quarters following a Windows Server refresh. He also believes each 1% drop in PC sales growth only affects Microsoft's annual EPS by ~$0.01-$0.02. (previous)
