Nomura now thinks YouTube (GOOG), which has been firing on all cylinders, will generate $3.2B in 2013 revenue, and $6B in 2016 revenue (~10% of Google's sales). Industry talks suggest advertisers like YouTube's investments in professional content and new emphasis on "channel" subscriptions, Nomura writes, and they're also fans of the video site's ability to deliver global reach at "far lower CPMs" (presumably relative to TV).
