Japan gets ever more pessimistic about its economy, cutting its assessment for the third month in a row for the longest streak of downgrades since a 5-month stretch through February 2009. The government also lowers its outlook on industrial production and business conditions. "I have an extreme sense of crisis," says Economy Minister Seiji Maehara.
