The big management change needed is for Hart to follow Satchell out the door. She's done a very, very poor job.

I could not agree more with Vince. Shortly after this year's earlier Annual Meeting , it was announced that Ms. Hart embellished (also known as lying) her educational background as reported in proxy statements as having B.A. degrees in Economics and Marketing, when in reality she had quote an "emphasis" in these subjects. I guess she felt this would be more impressive than the reality of a degree in business administration. Her defender, the Chairman Phil Satre, announced that they did a full investigation and determined that nothing "material" occured. So we have a board of directors that now condones blatent lying to the investing public, protecting a CEO who is responsible for the company's multi-year low stock prices. Maybe, just maybe the "big boys" on Wall Street have rightly decided that they can no longer trust anything that comes out of the mouth of Ms. Hart. The board sadly could care less, given the outcome of all this, and since Ms. Hart is quite the smooth talker, none of us should assume she will go anytime soon. What a disgrace!
