IBM says it will record a $160M Q3 charge related to an adverse court ruling against its U.K. subsidiary. A London court ruled an IBM retirement plan should be modified to allow certain British employees to retire at the age of 60 rather than 63 without any reduction to their pension benefits. Big Blue is thinking about appealing.
