Its $950M bailout repaid, Lincoln National (LNC) is going long-term bullish on commercial real estate - though finding assets that meet underwriting standards is "very difficult." More than two-thirds of Lincoln's CRE portfolio as of June 30 had a loan-to-value ratio of less than 65%.
