An anti-tobacco bill in the nation hits Parliament later this month.

Please tell me this is a joke.

And how long does the world need to hear about "Prime Minister" Medvedev?

"Tell Vlad once my election is assured I'll have some room..."

Alcoholism is the biggest killer among Russian men, so why pick on tobacco by passing new anti-smoking legislation without addressing the issues related to the use of alcohol? America has always taken a similar track in the past and to this day, but why? Why not attempt to curb the sales and use of both? Or, is alcohol the 'untouchable?'

The funny part that he's talking againg high quality staff of PM and BTI, when majority of the people smoke local and Bulgarian "junk" ....

imo problem with alcohol that majority drinks "poisoned" cheap local vodka
