A group of MetroPCS (PCS) shareholders are suing to halt the T-Mobile (DTEGY.PK) merger, claiming MetroPCS is "drastically undervalued" by the deal's terms. Are they holding out hope that SoftBank (SFTBF.PK), expected by some to follow up on the Sprint acquisition by going after up smaller U.S. carriers, will make a counter-offer? (previous)
