Halliburton (HAL +1.2%) is cut to Neutral from Buy with a $38 target price (down from $40) at Global Hunter, which notes the change in strategy if production slows "likely mitigates pumping margins from getting materially worse. [But] there will be close to a million horsepower collectively sitting in yards across NAM, and thus the road to recovery in pricing is a long ways off."

    i ve been underwriting a bunch at 38 - 39 all yr, usually sell 15 % OTM , 3 month fwd. got assigned for a small subset when i got aggressive and sold 14 contracts of 33 prior to earnings
