Orient-Express Hotels (OEH +22.4%) jumps after India's Tata Group offered $1.86B in an all cash bid for the hotelier last night. Tata is seeking to expand its international luxury-hotel chain that includes The Pierre in New York, and OEH owns New York's 21 Club restaurant and the Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Italy.
