A U.S. trial has been set for Oct. 2013 in a Chevron (CVX) lawsuit that accuses Ecuadorean residents, their lawyers and advisers of fraud in obtaining a $19B pollution award against the U.S. oil company. The decades-long battle escalated when plaintiffs from villages in the oil-rich Amazon won an $18B case in Feb. 2011 against CVX.

I like it when my guys turn around and go after the perpetrators of a frivolous lawsuit!

The big court should have taken this case. I am tired of these so call poor people getting these so call lawyers in New York trying to legally steal from American companies. This was all setttled way back when by Texaco and the government. Texaco cleaned up there part and turned the oil field to the government's oil company. These liberal lawyers are snakes, our own people sometimes are our worst enemy. How so sad.

OK, Ecuadorian fraudsters. Bring it! To our house. With straight-up rules, honest judges, and an intact criminal court system. Where the rule of law prevails. Where you don't stand a chance. Where your day in the sun will turn to years in a dark, penniless prison with lots of "friends".

Sorry, Ecuadorian fraudsters. You think you got a defendable case? Well, I've got just 3 words for you. Bring it on. To our house. With honest judges, and an intact legal system. Where the rule of law prevails. Where you won't be able to buy-off, intimidate, or otherwise manipulate officials of the court. Your one shining moment in the sun is about to become many long, dark nights in prison...
