Fox (NWS) and Dish Networks (DISH) reach a "comprehensive programming agreement," ending a blackout of several cable channels to 14.3M Dish customers that began early in October. Apparently no progress in the blackout of 3M Cablevision (CVC) subscribers in the New York area. (PR)
