Fox (NASDAQ:NWS) and Dish Networks (NASDAQ:DISH) reach a "comprehensive programming agreement," ending a blackout of several cable channels to 14.3M Dish customers that began early in October. Apparently no progress in the blackout of 3M Cablevision (NYSE:CVC) subscribers in the New York area. (PR)
