Workers at BHP Billiton's (BHP +0.7%) eastern Australia coal mines vote to accept a new workplace agreement, bringing to an end a dispute that had sparked months of rolling strikes, denting production and prompting the JV with Mitsubishi to declare force majeure in April. Also, BHP says it is not restoring curtailed U.S. onshore gas production despite a recent rise in prices.
