Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT) and two manpower agencies were yesterday sued in Chicago for allegedly violating minimum wage and overtime laws by requiring temporary staff to arrive early to work, leave late and miss their lunch break. The lawsuit is the latest in a series of worker actions against Wal-Mart, including strikes, and some have threatened to walk off the job on Black Friday.
