    They broke the sale down into diseases, too. I think the management is determined to fight back! I am long at 28 average (pretty much a victim of the short)!

    No, he is correct. Only naked shorting produces access shares because for every short there must be a share. Read up on naked shorting, dieuwer is 100% correct.
