I wonder how the recent downgrade of the US credit rating by China would affect a possible dollar rally?

China is simply telling other countries to stop buying treasuries. This nullifies the FEDs QE2, which caused the dollar to weaken since September.

Also the 'gains' of the recent stock markets are negated.
