Goldman Sachs' Mitch Collett downgrades Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD -0.9%) to Sell on concerns the company is valued too high with the brewer's growth track in major markets getting tripped up. The analyst also notes 75% of A-B's sales are in markets where beer consumption is close to being tapped out.
