More on CME Group Q3 earnings: Ugh, now we know why they're expanding to London. Revenue of $683M is off from $874.2M a year ago (though 2011 Q3 was exceptionally busy). Average daily trade volume of 10.8M contacts, off 26% Y/Y. Interest rate contracts daily trade of 4.5M vs. 5.1M last quarter and 6.5M a year ago - chalk the CME up as another victim of Fed rate policy. (PR)
