Between 16 and 18 major banks were reporting Libor rates at that time. 16 subpoenas were issued. Seems like a normal part of the investigation.

There will be many business lunches followed by either:
    1. Fines without admitting any wrong doing.
    2. Nothing will be done because a newer scandal will come along. Who knows what though.

No - not hard - impossible.
Find a good credit union - they serve their members instead of screwing them.

KEY pays .05 a share. It had good margins. it is suggesting a possible increase in the dividend and buy back of shares. Waiting for a pull back. Will go long. Also waiting for a pull back in TGT/PIR. I am getting tired though, should have picked up some in the low 60's, PIR fell to around low 18's, wish I added more there. Consumer spending in GDP was o.k., more details out next week. See if we had some selling on the news. EXPE had a great move after hours, was going to jump into PCLN ride it up into earnings, see if I can get a pull back off of 583.
