While today's Korea tensions are unnerving, and likely responsible for at least part of the marked drop in risk appetite, Time's Michael Shulman posits that a strong escalation is unlikely: "Seoul has far too much at stake to allow Kim Jong Il to draw the country into a war that would truly undercut its economic prospects."

    So. Korea should offer a 5000 yen rebate to all of no. koreans when they dump this stupid leader..... and 10,000 rebate to all NK soliders plus free luxury cars to all officers above the rank of majors. that should drive his ass out.
