Honda's (HMC) sharp cut in its profit guidance tied in a large part to a territorial dispute that stoked anti-Japan sentiment in China doesn't bode well for either Toyota (TM) or Nissan (NSANY.OB). Though the automakers could be set for some impact to earnings due to the hit to China demand, they may be spared the shrinking margins in the U.S. that helped to dent Honda's profits.
