The Nevada Gaming Control Board backs the state's Internet poker system after an illegal national sports betting ring brought indictments down on a key executive in Las Vegas. According to Chairman A.G. Burnett, Internet gaming based in the U.S. wasn't involved in the case. The next step for the push to legalize online gaming in the U.S. is to wait out the national election to see if key backers get re-elected.
