A desperate NTT DoCoMo (DCM) will use Darth Vader as pitchman to lure customers from the iPhone (AAPL). NTT DoCoMo lost the rights to sell the iPhone, which owns two-thirds of the Japanese smartphone market, to Softbank (SFTBF.PK). Success here may require more than the force, however.
