General Dynamics (GD) is seeking arbitration against Portugal's defense minister, who's planning to terminate the U.S. company's seven-year contract to provide 260 Pandur armored vehicles to country's armed forces due to an alleged breach by the contractor. GD and its Portuguese partner have delivered 166 vehicles and are waiting to sign off on another 27 that have been ready since last year.
