I am beginning to think the REIT market is still the strongest sector and growing, until we see rates going up, all I see is people beating them down, and they still pump out dividends,
Even I was scared out, and stopped out, but I think I will reassess the situation and I bet my answer is to get back in, stay in. I still don't like the look of the general global economy, so I am sticking with the REIT Sector and short the Euro, and holding small hedges in shorting the stock market with FAZ. Just a small position, but thinking still of increasing it.
Not making any moves til after the election save for q-picks

Mr lost navigator, usually a COMMON GPS is not useful in this kind of situations, REIT´s has been far , the best investment in the "conservative" "dividend long term dividend" scenario, it was at 30% dividend in 2009, now it´s 15% , that means that a a non speculative stock gave 110% of its value in dividends plus another 100 least in capital value.

In the meantime I had 2 flash-crash where I had a bracket of stop loss / limit sale of 31.59 and 28... buy, so.....don´t tell me AGNC is a ...whatever, negative investment.

So, if you are a new comerto AGNC, lock your dividends, and keep some money to buy deeps instead of covering with TZA
