JPMorgan (JPM) filed suit in London last week against Javier Martin-Artajo - the former boss of Bruno Iksil, aka the London Whale. Details are not yet available, but the action appears to be a step in following through on the bank's promise to claw back pay from those involved in CIO's losses.

    JPM suing? What a joke, a facade to make them look innocent..Boy they sure do have a set don't they??
