Microsoft's Surface RT tablet uses a Marvell (MRVL) Wi-Fi/Bluetooth combo chip, according to iFixit's teardown. Atmel (ATML) and Cypress (CY) touchscreen controllers were also found inside Surface RT, which has received mixed reviews.
