U.S. non-financial companies held $1.93T in cash and short-term assets at the end of Q3, or 7.4% of total assets - the highest level in more than 50 years - according to a Federal Reserve study.

    If you want to see growth in the USA..Eliminate the tax when they repatriate the money to the USA...do that and there will be lots of cash to invest...
