Although bidding for Compellent (CML), Dell (DELL) doesn't "have to go buy companies," said CEO Michael Dell Thursday. He claims if "the valuations aren't reasonable, we're not going to buy them." Premarket, Dell is +0.5% and Compellent is -2.2%.
