liquidity looks problematic. Company now has a steep workig capital deficit with only $2M of cash. I smell a dilutive stock offering in the coming months.

There is a time to buy and there is a time to buy, and when it is put with year long hype and lack of infrastructure it will take more time so take it slow winter is hear , there are still smart things to do that can minimize the sacrifices, but sometimes it is hard to live up to the name and should we say news letter fame the real buyer's will be the ones with the bat now you have to give them something to think about it is not the first time to arrange things while keeping an attitude inside that no one can see. To walk away is the only other change but that is not a option it is time to walk quietly and tell the truth lightly when asked election almost over could be better than one thinks. If the banks will not give favorable rates it is look elsewhere partner and get some one else to take the hook with a chance of reward. Property can be your best partner keep head on straight Good luck!
