I bought ARR a while back and added to my position with insider buying as the signal. It was not an exercise of option based on the price. It has stayed a bit above my averaged cost and the prospect of it showing growth after an anticipated pull back by all Mgt REITs, is quite probable based on an anticipated increase in the spread due to a rise in interest rates. I will stay through the pull back. To sell, pay tax on the gain, lose the dividends and get back in when you think the timing is right - well that's not practical for me.
