In an effort to avoid giving repeat orders to Israel's Rafael, the Indian Air Force has decided to solicit bids from several companies around the world for six additional aerostat radars worth over $400M. Lockheed Martin (LMT), Northrop Grumman (NOC +0.5%) and BAE Systems (BAESY.PK) are among the firms expected to compete for the deal.
