Home Depot (HD +0.6%) becomes one of the first retailers to add contextual relevance and functional utility to a broad mobile advertising campaign in an effort to drive its store traffic higher. Instead of just splashing display ads in apps, the company will use location services and click to call functions in the hopes of stoking mobile engagement.
