Shares of Sharp (SHCAY.PK) fall 3.9% in early Japanese trading after Standard & Poor's cut its debt rating on the company by three notches to B+, and changed it's financial-risk profile to "highly leveraged" from "significant" on the back of last week's disappointing earnings announcement.
