In case anyone is worried about a housing slowdown in China ... not yet, as property remains one of the few investments available to the average Chinese.  In the well-heeled city of Hangzhou, a near-riot broke out as folks clamored to buy one of 448 apartments offered at about $110/sq ft.

    I bet they tell them housing prices have not gone down in the last 30 years.
