The banking industry is entering a new "golden age," with so much cash on hand that earnings will grow 20% annually for the next two to three years, banking analyst Dick Bove tells CNBC. Citigroup (NYSE:C), Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), Bank of New York (NYSE:BK), State Street (NYSE:STT) and Northern Trust (NASDAQ:NTRS) all sell at below their cash value per share, he says.
