U.K. CPI rises to +2.7% Y/Y in October from +2.2% in September and well above the BOE's target of 2%, with prices boosted by a jump in university tuition fees and increased food prices. Inflation +0.5% M/M. PPI +2.5%, the same as in September, with cost of fuel and raw materials +0.1%. (CPI PR)
