Yum Brands (YUM +2.7%) on the move as it says it will sell off slow-growing Long John Silver's and A&W restaurants to focus on higher-profit brands. When Yum spun off from PepsiCo (PEP), just 22% of profits came from international operations, a figure that's tripled to 65%.
