Lockheed Martin (LMT), the government's top IT provider, has experienced a dramatic increase in cyber attacks on its networks over recent years. About 20% of those attempts are considered "advanced persistent threats," and are often carried out  by nation states. A major problem is suppliers, whose weaknesses are used to gain access to LMT systems, as happened with RSA last year.

    I wonder if outsourcing IT to India has anything to do with this. The Indian programmers are crawling all over our network.
