The periphery leads Europe to a higher close as Greece raises enough money to get it through the week and nears receipt of another tranche of bailout funds. Stoxx 50 +0.8%, led by Spain, +1.7%. Germany's Dax lags, -0.1%. The euro flat at $1.2714.

    First off..Greece did not raise enough money....someone gave it to them...and I think if we knew...it would implode the markets...my guess it was the US treasury....they bought the bonds...same with the Spanish bonds ...an investor is not buying them..
