Some 90% of Microsoft (MSFT) users in China are getting an illegal free ride, claims CEO Steve Ballmer. He complained about this to Chinese president Hu Jintao during a White House visit this week. Even Obama chimed in on the software piracy issue, saying "I think President Hu would acknowledge that more needs to be done."
