SandRidge Energy (SD -4.6%) shares continue their roller-coaster ride started when TPG-Axon Capital began agitating for a board shake-up, CEO ouster and a possible sale. TPG-Axon's larger stake could mean even more volatility; Tudor Pickering says the activist investor is “the one wildcard in the mix” with “the potential for their interests to impact corporate direction and stock price."

    I've always been impressed by how quickly SandRidge moved from gas to oil plays. I've further been impressed by SD's creative financing.
    I think there is more value in SD than is now reflected in the stock price but would ride the same horse a while longer rather than change leadership just yet
