    Now, that Obama's operatives are talking mortgage forgiveness, why would BAC forgive mortgages? They can just wait for the taxpayers, via the Fed, to pay them off at par, so everybody can have a free house (if you're "deserving," of course.)

    it seems i was right concerning the short term decline in BAC, told you to short the stock, well, the move down has more to go.....nice

    Instead of blaming the administration, or the homebuyers who had no say so in the loan design, administration or underwriting, how about placing the fiduciary blame where it belongs...on those who make those lovely large bonuses for being ethically and fiduciarily responsible for handling other people's assets. The plethora of proof for the massive fraud that was perpetrated on investors and homebuyers alike should not be ignored and shifting the blame to homebuyers who had no clue is ridiculous.
